Tabe Ma’Enow ENOWBIKAH Esq. is a Lawyer, Author, and 2x Founder of SCP Major & Tamaen, a Professional Law Corporation, as well as the Afrique Centre for Public Policy and International Law.

With 10 years of robust experience, Tabe is a defense attorney who combines an entrepreneurial mindset with the rule of law to address legal challenges for her local and international clients. Her expertise spans civil and commercial litigation, legal consulting and advice, contract drafting and interpretation, IP oppositions, business law, and foreign investment.

Tabe has successfully advised multinational companies, including, inter-Alia, Berkeley-Kaboni Energy, in establishing a multi-billion dollar renewable energy project in Cameroon and ensuring immigration compliance for their expatriates.

In 2024, Tabe played a key role in securing the necessary exploitation licenses for SITINFRA SA, an Italian construction firm that leads the PPP market in five African countries, including Cameroon. Throughout this project, she showcased exceptional lobbying and negotiation skills with government ministers, high-ranking state officials, and members of the judiciary.

After a decade of relentless judicial battles and achievements, Tabe has shifted her focus toward Public International Law, with focus on International Relations, Diplomacy, Humanitarian Law, and Research. This transition enables her to engage in global dialogue and deep conversations, to address pressing issues related to civil wars while promoting positive change on a larger scale.

Her goal is to leverage her business acumen, lobbying skills, and legal background to tackle urgent international challenges that threaten a sustainable peace and cohabitation of both Man and the environment. She aims to foster in-depth discussions and debates, actively negotiate with parties during times of unrest, and serve as a watchdog for civil society, upholding justice, peace, and Human Rights in Cameroon, Africa, and beyond.
